In 1992 Vasilis and Flora created Koralli. A restaurant that offered traditional Greek cuisine to visitors to Rhodes and more specifically to Gennadi in Pefki.
His daughter, Tsambika, followed the first steps from the beginning and today she has taken over with her family, maintaining the love and passion.
